MINISTRY ACTIVITIES

Conducted 12 worship services
Preaching responsibilities for all 12 services
Two funeral services conducted
Five baptisms were performed
Forty-six visits made to members, relatives of members, friends of members at hospitals, nursing homes and private homes
Taught three classes-parochial school
Taped two vlogs for Trinity’s You Tube ministry
Three private counseling sessions

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly meeting with Board of Governance
Meeting with the Director of Small Group ministries (end of year evaluation)
Meeting with Director of Social Media ministry (end of year evaluation; future planning)
Three meetings with Principal Gliege (evaluations, present matters, future planning)
Four meetings with Business Manager concerning matters of church and school
Two meetings with Jason Michalec pertaining to music ministry, hymns, order of service, evaluations
One meeting with the Director of Children’s ministry to discuss Vacation Bible School programming
Two meetings with Senior Leadership Team
One meeting with staff, Principal and Admissions Director
