MINISTRY ACTIVITIES

• Conducted 12 worship services
• Preaching responsibilities for all 12 services
• Two funeral services conducted
• Five baptisms were performed
• Forty-six visits made to members, relatives of members, friends of members at hospitals, nursing homes and private homes
• Taught three classes-parochial school
• Taped two vlogs for Trinity’s You Tube ministry
• Three private counseling sessions

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly meeting with Board of Governance
• Meeting with the Director of Small Group ministries (end of year evaluation)
• Meeting with Director of Social Media ministry (end of year evaluation; future planning)
• Three meetings with Principal Gliege (evaluations, present matters, future planning)
• Four meetings with Business Manager concerning matters of church and school
• Two meetings with Jason Michalec pertaining to music ministry, hymns, order of service, evaluations
• One meeting with the Director of Children’s ministry to discuss Vacation Bible School programming
• Two meetings with Senior Leadership Team
• One meeting with staff, Principal and Admissions Director
