Cheryl Michalow has been a member of Trinity for 23 years (with husband, Mark and daughter, Nicole). Within the past seven years she has served on these committees: Finance and Compensation, Coordinating Council, Strategic Planning and Governance. Cheryl was a Sunday school aide for two years (many years ago) and currently serves as Treasurer. She participated in Trinity small groups on and off since the 2005 Purpose Driven Life series. Cheryl is now a member of the Trinity Working Woman’s small group and before that studied the Bible for three years through Bible Study Fellowship classes (BSF).
Cheryl started her career as a respiratory therapist at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. After gaining 12 years of experience, she was blessed with the opportunity to start up, co-own, and run a medical practice called The Center for Sleep Medicine/Advanced Health Services, which provided diagnostic and treatment services for people with sleep disorders. The business experience she gained on top of her clinical knowledge was invaluable. Cheryl now works as a Clinical Specialist for Philips Respironics, a manufacturer of medical breathing equipment. Interests include spending time with family and friends, sports, motorcycling (OK – it’s a 600cc scooter!), learning practically anything, and living Trinity’s mission!
